InterLawADVANCE

Part of our mission at the InterLaw Diversity Forum is to support diverse talent along the career pipeline. Our research has shown that diverse talent faces increased challenges, and that the 'more boxes you tick' (i.e. intersectionality), the greater those challenges become.

To aid the career progression of talent (both lawyers and business services) from all strands of diversity and inclusion (including LGBT+, BAME, Disability, Gender, and social mobility), we will be working with select members and partners who want to reach the broadest applicant pool possible so that they can source the best talent for their organisations.

If your organisation is interested in participating, please contact:

trustee positions (2)

We are looking for two new trustees!

Sport is not just about keeping fit or winning medals. It has enormous value in terms of its outcomes: better mental health, life and job skills, employment pathways, crime prevention and more integrated communities.

We know what happens if you remove sport from young people: they suffer. 80% of young people have reported increased mental health challenges throughout the pandemic, yet 25% of young people who participate in community sport report less anxiety and increased confidence. Sport has a major role to play in helping us to Build Back Better. We know it's a very effective way to support young people. It's time everyone did.

We are particularly interested in hearing from individuals with experience in fundraising and commercial sponsorship, experience of working within or alongside government agencies or departments as well as individuals from the technology sector who have experience in social media analytics and metrics. No previous Trustee experience is necessary (though it may be advantageous), nor is experience in the world of sport itself.
