  • The InterLaw Diversity Forum holds regular events throughtout the year including panel discussions, leadership breakfasts, skills-based workshops, and networking events.

  • The Apollo Leadership Institute is a global hub for General Counsel and senior in-house lawyers from all sectors, and focuses on inclusive leadership and culture, diversity and inclusion, and the creation of meritocratic workplaces.

  • The UK Model Diversity Survey (“UK MDS”) can help clients to engage in more meaningful dialogue on access to opportunity and firm culture with their law firms/legal suppliers by creating greater transparency around diversity, inclusion, and culture in law firms. 

  • We provide training and support to our members and other organisations (including law firms, corporates, and financial institutions) on a wide range of topics from inclusive leadership to compliance with SRA culture and conduct rules.

  • IDFconnect, our mentoring programme, has been specifically designed to help diverse lawyers with their career progression, professional development, and networking skills.

  • InterLaw Diversity Forum Student Lab Summit is a one-day event for to support high-potential students from all UK universities and backgrounds on their career journey by connecting them with their peers, law firms, barristers' chambers, and corporate institutions through panel events, interactive skills-based workshops, and a law fair.    

  • The Purple Reign Project is a multi-media initiative of the InterLaw Diversity Forum which uses photography, film, biographies, and podcasts to capture the images, ideas, and stories of inspiring LGBT+ and ally role models drawn from the fields of law, business, activism, the arts, government and sports.

  • Our charitable fundraisers, the Winter Carnival and the Summer Carnival, have in their 12 years raised over £600,000 for the Albert Kennedy Trust, Switchboard LGBT+ Helpline, and the Elton John AIDS Foundation.
