Our 2021 research report, Career Progression in the Legal Sector, will be followed by publications of Fact Sheets in 2022 and 2023 delving deeper into Gender, Race & Ethnicity, LGBT+, Social Mobility, & Disability. We will be collecting new data in 2023 and publishing an updated research report.

The Purple Reign Project is a multi-media initiative of the InterLaw Diversity Forum which uses photography, film, biographies, and podcasts to capture the images, ideas, and stories of inspiring LGBT+ and ally role models drawn from the fields of law, business, activism, the arts, government and sports.

Our charitable fundraisers, the Winter Carnival and the Summer Carnival, have in their 12 years raised over £600,000 for the Albert Kennedy Trust, Switchboard LGBT+ Helpline, and the Elton John AIDS Foundation.
